Can I pause my StretchClub?

Yes – pause up to 30 days per year at no cost. Medical pauses are unlimited with a doctor’s note.

Do packs expire?

All packs are valid for 3 months from purchase. We’ll send you a reminder before they lapse.

What if I need to cancel a session?

Free cancellation until 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours, the session is fully charged.

Do you offer corporate rates?

Yes – from 10+ employees. Email corporate@stretch-lab.co.uk for our partnership deck.
