About · Est. London 2019
Seven years ago, StretchLAB opened in a single Fitzrovia basement – built for a city of desk workers, weekend warriors, and chronic cyclists. Today we are seven studios, a physiotherapy clinic, and over forty Stretchologists who measure their work in degrees of rotation and number of nights slept through.
What We Believe
Range of motion responds to load, frequency and technique – like any other capacity. Our job is to make that response legible.
An assessment and a pair of trained hands will always outperform a video and a foam roller. We refuse to pretend otherwise.
Fifty minutes, one client, one Stretchologist. It’s a quiet form of luxury that most wellness has forgotten how to offer.
Clinical Oversight
Our assisted stretching programme is designed and supervised by Chirag Parmer, HCPC-registered physiotherapist. Chirag brings over five years of musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy experience - from the NHS to Tottenham Hotspur Academy and QPR Women’s First Team - and a philosophy built around reverse-engineering the movements clients actually need, whether that’s pain-free stairs or explosive athletic performance.
Every new client completes a physiotherapist-designed movement assessment before their first session. Chirag oversees the programme across all seven studios and leads the physiotherapy clinic at Notting Hill.
